Beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This is Brother Frank speaking to you from the International Mission Center in Krefeld, Germany. It’s always a privilege for me to share with you the precious Word of God; if I may say even the “precious Word of God”. To me the Word of God remains forever and all God does He always will do according to His Word. First, He makes promises, and when the time comes He fulfills what He promised. And true faith is anchored into the promises of God. In this apostolic, prophetic ministry we have to go back to the Scripture and we shall not let anything, no interpretation, no explanation stand, just the Word of God which remains forever.

As you might know, there are callings for different purposes in the Kingdom of God. If you look into the Old Testament, there was a Noah, there was an Abraham, there was Moses – all had different commissions, all had different promises, all heard the voice of the Almighty with their ears. This is very important to know, that God’s servants knew the Lord personally. And then if you go to the prophets, how they knew God, received His Word by divine revelation and could say, “Thus saith the Lord.” All the Scripture is Thus saith the Lord.

Then, looking once again into the Old Testament, there we find all the promises made which come to pass in the course of the New Testament Church. And now we are reaching the end of the time of grace. According to John, chapter 14, our Lord went to Glory, prepared the place and as it says here in verse 3, “And if I go and prepare a place for you – for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself, that where I am, there ye may be also.” There was a certain group of people addressed: those who followed Christ, who believed Christ, who obeyed Christ. They were addressed then, and they are being addressed today. “I go to prepare a place …” If you go to Luke, chapter 24, the last verses, our Lord took His disciples right to Bethany, raised His hands over them, blessed them, and before their eyes He was taken to Glory. And then in Acts, chapter 1: 9-11, we are told, “The same Jesus that was taken from you into heaven will come in the same way as you have seen Him going up.”

So our main subject is the Return of Christ and the calling out and preparation of those who He speaks to. This is very important: He addressed this group of people, His followers who obeyed, who believed Him. The same applies today. If you go to the Prophet Isaiah (also to Romans 10), “Who has believed our report? To whom is the arm of God revealed?” Friends, I have to be straight to the point: Now, before the promised Return of our Lord takes place, Bible prophecies are being fulfilled.

And may I say this: There are promises for Israel about their gathering into the promised Land from all the countries on earth into which they were scattered. This has already happened and since 1948 we do have again a state, a country called “Israel”. They have to be there, because the two prophets of Revelation 11 will not go to New York, they will not go to Moscow, they will not come to any capital city on earth. They will have their ministry to the Jews in Jerusalem. And therefore the Jews who are in the election must return to the Promised Land. So, whenever their time comes, they will participate in the blessings of the fulfillment of the promises given to them.

In the same way there are promises for the New Testament Church and finally for those who obey, who believe, who follow the Lord according to every Word. And this is very important. For instance, at the first coming of Christ, the scripture of Isaiah 40, verse 3, was fulfilled, “A voice cries in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord. Make straight a way for our God.” It was a promise in the Old Testament, and it was a fulfillment with God’s people in the New Testament. The same is with Malachi, chapter 3, verse 1. And here only the first part was being fulfilled: “I will send My messenger before My face to prepare My way before Me.” Friends, you can read it in Matthew 11 and different places, where our Lord confirmed the ministry of John the Baptist, who came in the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare the ways of the Lord.

But this is 2,000 years ago, when it happened. But Friends, we live now. What is the promised Word of God for today? And then we again have to go to the Scriptures. And please, understand: I cannot bear a single interpretation. I just cannot and will not. My decision is made: to believe God and God’s Word without fanaticism, but I take my God-given rights to believe God and not a man. And therefore we have to go back to the Scriptures to know what must happen, before the Return of Christ, before the Day of the Lord will break forth and sun will turn into darkness and the moon into blood. When you go to the Prophet Joel who spoke about it, you go to especially Malachi, chapter 4, where God Himself, not the prophet, God Himself says, “Behold, I will send you Elijah, the prophet, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord comes.” And then you go to the New Testament, after the ministry of John the Baptist was long finished, who according to Luke, chapter 1, verse 16 and 17 turned the hearts of the believers, of the Old Testament fathers, to the New Testament faith of the children. And Friends, that’s God’s Word. But the promise in Malachi is two-fold: First, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the second part, which is happening now, to turn the hearts of the children back to the apostolic fathers. And this is the ministry of restoration of all things, as they were at the beginning.

Please understand that even half a verse can be fulfilled and the second half is still to be fulfilled, like it was in Luke, chapter 4: Our Lord read from the Prophet Isaiah, chapter 61, and He stopped in the middle of the verse, only reading from the acceptable year of the Lord, not continuing that which spoke about the day of wrath, the day of judgement that would come.

Beloved, it is so important to know the Lord God personally, to know the Word of God by divine revelation. And Brothers and Sisters, this is not only a claim: this claim is justified. In our time, and if I could not say and testify of the things God has done in our time, Beloved, I should not even be speaking to you at all. If I could not show you from the Word of God the promises for this day and what God is doing right now, why should I even speak? why should I preach? I have no programme of my own, no teachings of my own – I just line up with the Word of God by God’s grace, and this is due to a direct call I received with the tremendous, all-penetrating voice of the Almighty on April 2nd, 1962.

But Friends, coming to the main point. And please understand this: I am not glorifying a man, I don’t preach a man, but I don’t dare to bypass what God has done and is doing in our time, because I am eyewitness, I am an earwitness of the ministry God has sent and blessed in our time. According to the Word we already mentioned of Malachi, chapter 4, God promised to send a prophet – not an evangelist, a prophet, because the Word of God comes to the prophet. And Friends, we have to respect what God says, even in Amos 3, verse 7, “God does nothing, but He reveals His secret first to His servants, the prophets.” And if you go to the New Testament, especially to the letter to the Ephesians, there the Apostle Paul speaks, “… as it is now revealed to His apostles and prophets.” God has mouthpieces on earth. He has got servants under His direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit, showing forth the promised Word for this day and time.

So, in Matthew 17: 11 our Lord confirmed the future ministry of Elijah who would come before the great and dreadful Day of the Lord; at the same time confirming the ministry of John the Baptist which had already happened. Then, if you go to Mark, chapter 9, verse 12, again our Lord confirmed the promise from the Old Testament, “Truly Elijah shall first come and restore all things.” Not a group of evangelists, not charismatic meetings here or there, not personalities putting their program before the people, but a man sent from God with a message of God to the people of God to bring us back to God. And, Friends, this is what is happening. Especially in Mark, chapter 9, verse 12 our Lord confirmed the future ministry that should take place, and then again He confirmed the ministry of Elijah, the Tishbite, in the Old Testament. Beloved, the Word of God is so precise, but it must be revealed by the Holy Spirit.

Now, coming to the point, and I say this right now: I believe the testimony of William Branham. I knew this man of God from 1955 to 1965. And when I came to know about his calling, about his life, about the supernatural things God had done in his sovereign grace, Beloved, I would not dare to reject or to bypass such a ministry, promised and ordained of God for the special purpose for God’s people to be brought back to the very beginning, to be taken out of all man-made teachings, out of all man-made churches, to be taken out and then to be brought in to the Word of God.

William Branham had a special ministry, he had an extraordinary call from God Almighty, and this was confirmed in his ministry since 1933 to 1965. Beloved, God is the same. “Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever.” And when I heard Brother Branham’s testimony, especially the experience of June 11th, 1933, when he was about to baptize the 17th person, he heard the voice, “Look up!”, and the 2nd time even more forceful, “Look up!” And when he looked up, he saw the supernatural cloud, the supernatural light, and from this light came the voice, “As John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ, you are given a message that will forerun the second coming of Christ.”

Beloved, don’t try to bypass the fulfillment of the promise God made in the Old Testament, confirmed in the New Testament, fulfilled in our time. And now you have to understand also from the Holy Scriptures that many speak about the second coming of Christ, many speak about Israel in prophecy, many speak about every subject that you can mention. But where is the Word of God the message of the hour? Where are the preachers today connected to the direct fulfillment of that God-given promise that we should be restored before the Return of Christ. Beloved, many things need to be mentioned, and our attention must be drawn to the fulfillment of the main promise, and then, of course, also to all the other promises. So, the promise of our Lord to return and to take us home to Glory is connected to the promise that God will send the Prophet Elijah to restore all things, before the Lord would return. Acts, chapter 3, verse 19 to 21, “Christ remains in heaven until the restoration of all things will take place.”

Beloved Brothers and Sisters, I am not a fanatic. But I am obligated to tell you the truth: the Return of Christ is imminent; the calling out takes place. God sent His messenger and the message, and we take this God-given message of the Word of God with all the promises to the ends of the earth. The last call is going forth right now. Please remember: God speaks to you today and acquaints you with His promises and with that what He does today. May His blessings rest upon you, and may you believe as the Scripture says.

God be with you, in Jesus’ holy Name. Amen.
