Beloved Friends, Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This is Brother Frank speaking to you from the International Mission Center in Krefeld, Germany. We do have a title for this ministry; it’s: apostolic-prophetic, Bible-based ministry. We just try, by God’s grace, to inform this generation about the Plan of Salvation, about the things which God promised for our day and time.

And we go back to the beginning of the New Testament, when all the promises from the Old Testament became a reality and those who were ordained to eternal life they believed, they received, they obeyed the Word of God. Those who were ordained for the Kingdom of God under John the Baptist’s ministry, they went to the Jordan, they heard the message and they were baptized by the prophet who was to prepare the way of the Lord. But how can we prepare the way of the Lord, unless we prepare the people first and show them the way of the Lord? And those who were ordained for eternal life followed Jesus Christ, believed Him. Regardless of what the Pharisees and Sadducees and all the others said, they followed Him.

The same applied for the beginning of the New Testament, when the Apostle Peter on the day of Pentecost preached his first sermon. These words were accompanied by the Holy Spirit, and the hearts of those who believed were pierced and they were asking, “Men, Brethren, what must we do to be saved?” And then came the answer, “Repent, everyone, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ to confirm the remission of your sins.” And, Friends, those who believed were baptized: Acts 2, from verse 37-41. The same applied throughout the Book of Acts. In the first generation all who believed obeyed the Word of God. It was not intellectual teaching; it was the Holy Spirit, revealing the Word of God.

I always like to emphasize that at the first coming of Christ all the promises and all the prophecies were fulfilled which spoke from the first promise in Genesis 3:15 to the last promise that the Lord would come, and John was to prepare His way. Everything was done and happened according to the Scripture. And then if you go to Acts, chapter 17, verse 11, those in Berea they were reading and “searching the Scriptures daily, if all things which are being taught are in agreement with the Word of God.”

And, Friends, we have reached a very, very serious part – the most important part of the history of mankind. And we have to go back to the Old and the New Testament to see what God promised and what was predicted to take place before the Lord returns. We have the promise in John 14, which we need to emphasize every time, because that promise is about to be fulfilled. Our Lord said in Matthew 24, in verse 14, “This Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to all nations, and then the end will be.” Never before did we have all these possibilities to share the true Word of God, the Gospel, the full Gospel including everything pertaining to the end time, pertaining to the Kingdom of God to the Church and to Israel, and all these things are happening before our very eyes.

Then our Lord, especially in Matthew 24, warned us that before He returns there would be false prophets, false christs. And how do we know who is right and who is wrong, who is true and who is false? We have to go to the Word of God. We have to check everything with the Holy Scriptures to be sure that we ourselves are not misled, but that we do believe according to the Word of God.

In Titus, the first chapter, the first verse, the Apostle Paul introduces himself as a servant of God and apostle of Jesus Christ according to the faith of God’s elect. Let’s say it straight forward: Only those who have an ear to hear what the Spirit says unto the churches are ready to listen, are ready to believe, are ready to obey. All the others will move on in their own ways; the Word goes into one ear, goes out the other ear.

But those who are ordained to eternal life, they will respect the Word of God. And I said this already or said it many times: If we don’t respect the Word of God, God will not even speak to us. If we think our own thoughts while the Word of God is being preached – forget it: God will not even speak to us! And, Friends, because of a divine call and commission I have to go from city to city, from country to country, and I must preach the full Gospel, I must preach the whole counsel of God, I must teach the doctrines of the apostles, I must show you the way back to God out of all traditions, back to God and back to His Word.

Our Lord will not come to take one of the 350 denominations which are now joined in the World Council of Churches, our Lord will return as Bridegroom to take His Bride! And the Scripture says in Revelation 19:7, “And His Bride has made herself ready.” And you go to Matthew 25, “Behold the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him.” (verse 6b). This is a calling-out time, a preparation time. God brings us back to the original faith of our fathers, of those who were ordained of God to preach at the very beginning, 2,000 years ago. And before the Return of Christ according to Acts, chapter 3, from verse 17 to 21, Christ, our Lord, waits in heaven until the times of restitution, of restoration of all things come, which God has spoken and promised by His holy prophets since the time began. So we are now living in that space of time.

And, Friends, when our Lord, also especially in Matthew 24, spoke about what would take place: earthquakes, famines, wars. What do we have today on earth? In every news we have enough to return and say, “May God, this was all foretold.” Now, the last earthquake in Port au Prince, Haiti, and I think, the last time I just visited there I stayed in the Hotel Montana, and if I now look at the pictures of that city, that hotel is in ruins. Friends, I could go to Mexico City. I stayed at the airport hotel, and suddenly the room was moving. And when we looked out – some brothers were with me in the hotel, three of them: a German brother by the name of Brother Mehnert and two brothers from Mexico. And when we looked out the window, there was a lamppost just moving, moving like this. We were in the earthquake. When I think about Sumatra, I was in Medan and came into the Hotel Lavi, and suddenly the majestic candlestick was as moving like this. Now, our Lord says, “When you see all these things come to pass, when you live, when you reach that generation, where all these things will come to pass …”

Now, I have seen World War II. I have seen the dead by the multitudes, dead people, dead soldiers, dead cows, dead horses. Nobody can imagine the hell, the hell of the end of World War II, January through March 1945. But I was right in the midst of it. And, Friends, if I go through all these years, even to the uniting of Europe, the uniting of Germany – After World War II, the world was divided into East and West. Berlin was divided. Germany was divided. Europe was divided. And in 1961 the Wall was built in Berlin. We all were sad.

And then something happened: a man of God by the name of William Branham said in the Fifties: “When the time comes that Europe and the world will be united …” And then in the Sixties, I think it was ’64, He said, “When, when Berlin will be united and Germany will be one, then the old Roman Empire will come into existence.” And, Friends, if I go to Daniel, chapter 2, to Daniel, chapter 7, these two chapters speak especially about the four kingdoms, which will be on earth. And the last kingdom will be the Roman Empire. And now we have got the Roman Treaty, we have got all these things. I am just mentioning these points for you to know: we are now in the fulfilment and not in the beginning. We are now over half of it. There is only a little left to be fulfilled.

And, Friends, coming back to the earthquakes, to the wars: there is no solution for the nations, no solution for the problems. And injustice will take its course. Peace is taken from the earth. But now, coming to the main point: Before the return of Christ God promised to send us a prophetic message, a “Thus saith the Lord”. Not, “I think”, “maybe” or “I imagine”. The Word of God is not imagination; the Word of God is not the expression of man’s thought. The Word of God is the Word of God, and God has spoken. And heaven and earth will pass away, but God’s Word remains forever.

The Apostle Peter goes back to the Old Testament, to what is written in the Prophet Isaiah. And then he says here in 1 Peter, chapter 1, in verse 25, “But the Word of the Lord endureth forever. And this is the Word which by the Gospel is preached unto you.” The Gospel is the Word, and the Word is the Gospel. And the message of the hour is the promised Word of God for this day. And when the Lord said, “I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and dreadful day of the Lord comes …” Friends, we can go from the Old to the New Testament and we can show you from the Holy Scriptures that the promises of God are being fulfilled in our time.

And if you go to Genesis 49, you can read from verse 1 to the end that God made promises through Jacob for the people of Israel to be manifested in the last days. If you go to Isaiah, chapter 2, verse 2: “In the last days the mountain of the Lord will be and the Word of God will come from Jerusalem and the teaching from Mount Zion.” You go to Hosea, chapter 3, verse 5: “In the last days …” If you go to Joel, chapter 2, verse 28 and to Acts, chapter 2, verse 17: “In the last days …” “In the last days …” Again, if you go to Micah, chapter 4, 1-2: “In the last days …” You go to 1 Timothy 4: “In the last days …” You go to 2 Timothy 3: “In the last days …” You go to James, chapter 5, verse 3: “In these last days …”

You go from scripture to scripture and you have to go into the text, into the Word to know precisely what it was about, to know the will of God. And Friends, I try this by the help of God to let you know that this is God’s time for God’s people. We cannot remain in the teachings of the churches or denominations. And, Friends, I say this with all honesty: We cannot go back to what church fathers said in the 4th or 5th or 10th century. We must go back to the very beginning, and “in the beginning was the Word”, not those interpretations, not those dogmas; no: “In the beginning was the Word … And the Word was made flesh and dwelled among us, and we have seen His glory, the glory of the only begotten Son.”

Beloved Friends, I emphasize before the sermon would close: God brings us back to His Word, to His will, to obedience, because disobedience brings a curse with it, obedience brings the blessings of God with it. So this is the time where we must return and believe as the Scripture says. I have the great privilege to be in the Kingdom of God since 1949. But then in 1955 I came to know about the call, about the direct commission William Branham received in our time, that he should bring a message from the Word of God which would forerun the second coming of Christ, as John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ.

Friends, and then I just returned from Cambodia, from Laos, and there I came to know that God’s people are not informed at all. Nobody knows what God has done in our time. Everybody knows their own programs, but I want to know God’s plan and program, I want to know God’s promised Word for my day! I wish to recognize the messenger and the message, the promises God made to us at this time. And, Friends, it looks very much so that now the people, even Christians, even Full Gospel churches will miss the day of God’s visitation, as the Jews missed the day of God’s greatest visitation. Our Lord came to His own and His own received Him not. “Crucify Him! Crucify Him! He is not with us. He doesn’t agree with our teachings. He has His own way.” No, He was the Lord God and He brought us salvation. But then those who received Him to them He gave power to be the sons of God. Receive Him! Receive His Word, His promises and be blessed with the blessings of Almighty God.

Friends, beloved Brothers and Sisters, eternity is very long and there is no second chance. We have some booklets with Bible subjects. And if I say “Bible subjects”: we only use the Holy Scripture, not a single book or anything. We just take the Word of God to show forth what the Holy Scripture says. May God bless you, may He be with you. And may we see again one another in Glory. I hope to come to your country this year 2010. I would love to hear from you, so that I could make good arrangements of the successive meetings which could be put up in your county. God bless you and be with you in Jesus’ holy Name. Amen.
