Amos - 1

1. The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.

1. [1] Die woorde van Amos, een van die skaapboere uit Tekoa, wat hy gesien het aangaande Israel in die dae van Uss¡a, koning van Juda, en in die dae van Jerobeam, die seun van Joas, koning van Israel, twee jaar voor die aardbewing.

1. [1] Slová Ámosa, ktorý bol medzi pastiermi z Tekoy, ktoré videl o Izraelovi za dní Uziáša, judského kráľa, a za dní Jeroboáma, syna Joasovho, izraelského kráľa, dva roky pred zemetrasením.

1. [1] Ámós beszédei, a ki a Tékoabeli pásztorok közt volt, [azokról,] a miket Izráel felől látott Uzziásnak, Júda királyának idejében, és Jeroboámnak, a Jóás fiának, Izráel királyának idejében, két esztendővel a földindulás előtt.

1. [1] Paroles d'Amos, l'un des bergers de Tekoa, visions qu'il eut sur Israël, au temps d'Ozias, roi de Juda, et au temps de Jéroboam, fils de Joas, roi d'Israël, deux ans avant le tremblement de terre.

2. And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

2. [2] En hy het gesê: Die HERE brul uit Sion en verhef sy stem uit Jerusalem, sodat die weivelde van die herders treur en die top van Karmel verdor.

2. [2] Il dit: De Sion l'Eternel rugit, De Jérusalem il fait entendre sa voix. Les pâturages des bergers sont dans le deuil, Et le sommet du Carmel est desséché.

3. [3] Takto hovorí Hospodin: Pre troje prestúpení Damašku a pre štvoro neodvrátim toho, pretože mlátili Gileáda železnými mlátidlami.

3. [3] Ainsi parle l'Eternel: A cause de trois crimes de Damas, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont foulé Galaad sous des traîneaux de fer.

3. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:

3. [3] So sê die HERE: Oor drie oortredinge van Damaskus, ja, oor vier, sal Ek dit nie afwend nie; omdat hulle G¡lead met ysterdorssleë gedors het.

3. [3] Így szól az Úr: Három bűne miatt Damaskusnak, sőt négy miatt, nem fordítom el, mert vas-cséplőkkel cséplették meg a Gileádot.

4. [4] J'enverrai le feu dans la maison de Hazaël, Et il dévorera les palais de Ben-Hadad.

4. [4] A preto pošlem oheň na dom Chazaelov, ktorý strávi paláce Ben-hadadove.

4. But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad.

4. [4] Tüzet vetek azért Hazáel házára, és az emészti meg a Ben-Hadad palotáit.

4. [4] Daarom sal Ek 'n vuur slinger in die huis van H sael, en dit sal die paleise van B,nhadad verteer.

5. [5] És összetöröm Damaskus zárját, és kivágom a lakót Avennek völgyéből és a királyi pálcza tartóját Beth-Édenből, és Aramnak népe Kirbe fogva vitetik, [ezt] mondja az Úr.

5. [5] En Ek sal die grendel van Damaskus verbreek en die inwoners uit die laagte van Awen uitroei en die wat die septer dra, uit Bet-Eden, en die volk van Aram sal in ballingskap gaan na Kir, sê die HERE.

5. I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

5. [5] Je briserai les verrous de Damas, J'exterminerai de Bikath-Aven les habitants, Et de Beth-Eden celui qui tient le sceptre; Et le peuple de Syrie sera mené captif à Kir, dit l'Eternel.

5. [5] A polámem závoru Damašku a vyplienim obyvateľa z údolia Ávena a toho, ktorý drží berlu, z domu Édena, a ľud Sýrie pojde do zajatia do Kíra, hovorí Hospodin.

6. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:

6. [6] Takto hovorí Hospodin: Pre troje prestúpení Gazy a pre štvoro neodvrátim toho, pretože odvádzali zajatých, všetkých, čo ich len bolo, do zajatia, aby ich vydali Edomovi.

6. [6] Így szól az Úr: Három bűne miatt Gázának, sőt négy miatt, nem fordítom el, mert az egész népet rabságra vitték, hogy az Edomitáknak adják el őket.

6. [6] Ainsi parle l'Eternel: A cause de trois crimes de Gaza, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont fait une foule de captifs pour les livrer à Edom.

7. [7] A preto pošlem oheň na múr Gazy, a strávi jej paláce.

7. [7] Tüzet vetek azért Gáza kőfalára, és az emészti meg az ő palotáit.

7. But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:

7. [7] J'enverrai le feu dans les murs de Gaza, Et il en dévorera les palais.

7. [7] Daarom sal Ek 'n vuur slinger in die muur van Gasa, en dit sal sy paleise verteer.

8. [8] A vyplienim obyvateľa z Ašdóda a toho, ktorý drží berlu, z Aškalona a obrátim svoju ruku proti Ekronu, a zahynie ostatok Filištínov, hovorí Pán Hospodin.

8. [8] J'exterminerai d'Asdod les habitants, Et d'Askalon celui qui tient le sceptre; Je tournerai ma main contre Ekron, Et le reste des Philistins périra, dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.

8. [8] En Ek sal die inwoners uit Asdod uitroei en die wat die septer dra, uit Askelon; en Ek sal my hand teen Ekron uitstrek, en die oorblyfsel van die Filistyne sal omkom, sê die Here HERE.

8. And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.

9. [9] Ainsi parle l'Eternel: A cause de trois crimes de Tyr, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont livré à Edom une foule de captifs, Sans se souvenir de l'alliance fraternelle.

9. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

9. [9] Takto hovorí Hospodin: Pre troje prestúpení Týru a pre štvoro neodvrátim toho, pretože vydávali zajatých, všetkých, čo ich len bolo, Edomovi a nepamätali na smluvu bratov.

9. [9] Így szól az Úr: Három bűne miatt Tírusnak, sőt négy miatt, nem fordítom el, mert az egész rabnépet Edomnak adták át, és nem emlékeztek meg a testvéri frigyről.

10. [10] Daarom sal Ek 'n vuur slinger in die muur van Tirus, en dit sal sy paleise verteer.

10. [10] Preto pošlem oheň na múr Týru, a strávi jeho paláce.

10. [10] J'enverrai le feu dans les murs de Tyr, Et il en dévorera les palais.

10. But I will send a fire on the wall of Tyrus, which shall devour the palaces thereof.

10. [10] Tüzet vetek azért Tírus kőfalára, és az emészti meg az ő palotáit.

11. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:

11. [11] Takto hovorí Hospodin: Pre troje prestúpení Edoma a pre štvoro neodvrátim toho, pretože stíhal svojho brata mečom a udusil všetku svoju ľútosť, a jeho hnev trhá, dravý, neprestajne, a svoju prchlivosť drží na večnosť.

11. [11] Így szól az Úr: Három bűne miatt Edomnak, sőt négy miatt, nem fordítom el, mert fegyverrel űzte saját atyjafiát, és elfojtá [szívében] az irgalmasságot, és haragja szüntelen tépett, és dühösködését mindvégig fentartotta.

11. [11] Ainsi parle l'Eternel: A cause de trois crimes d'Edom, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'il a poursuivi ses frères avec l'épée, En étouffant sa compassion, Parce que sa colère déchire toujours, Et qu'il garde éternellement sa fureur.

11. [11] So sê die HERE: Oor drie oortredinge van Edom, ja, oor vier, sal Ek dit nie afwend nie; omdat hy sy broer met die swaard agtervolg het en sy jammergevoel verstik het, sodat sy toorn altyd verskeur en hy gedurigdeur sy grimmigheid behou.

12. [12] A preto pošlem oheň na Téman, a strávi paláce Bocry.

12. [12] J'enverrai le feu dans Théman, Et il dévorera les palais de Botsra.

12. But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

12. [12] Tüzet vetek azért Témánra, és az emészti majd meg Boczra palotáit.

12. [12] Daarom sal Ek 'n vuur slinger in Teman, en dit sal die paleise van Bosra verteer.

13. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border:

13. [13] Takto hovorí Hospodin: Pre troje prestúpení synov Ammonových a pre štvoro neodvrátim toho, pretože rozpárali tehotné Gileáda, aby rozšírili svoje územie.

13. [13] Így szól az Úr: Három bűne miatt Ammon fiainak, sőt négy miatt, nem fordítom el; mert széthasogatták Gileád terhes asszonyait, hogy kiszélesíthessék az ő határokat.

13. [13] Ainsi parle l'Eternel: A cause de trois crimes des enfants d'Ammon, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont fendu le ventre des femmes enceintes de Galaad, Afin d'agrandir leur territoire.

13. [13] So sê die HERE: Oor drie oortredinge van die kinders van Ammon, ja, oor vier, sal Ek dit nie afwend nie; omdat hulle die swanger vroue van G¡lead oopgesny het om hulle grondgebied uit te brei.

14. [14] A preto zanietim oheň na múre Rabby, a strávi jej paláce za vojenného kriku v deň boja, za búrky v deň víchrice.

14. [14] J'allumerai le feu dans les murs de Rabba, Et il en dévorera les palais, Au milieu des cris de guerre au jour du combat, Au milieu de l'ouragan au jour de la tempête;

14. But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

14. [14] Tüzet vetek azért Rabba kőfalára, és az emészti meg az ő palotáit; [harczi] kiáltással a háború napján, [pusztító ]viharral a szélvésznek napján.

14. [14] Daarom sal Ek 'n vuur aansteek in die muur van Rabba, en dit sal sy paleise verteer, met krygsgeskreeu op die dag van stryd, in 'n storm op die dag van die orkaan.

15. [15] Et leur roi s'en ira en captivité, Lui, et ses chefs avec lui, dit l'Eternel.

15. [15] En hulle koning sal in ballingskap gaan, hy en sy vorste tesame, sê die HERE.

15. [15] És számkivetésbe megy az ő királyuk; ő maga és vele fejedelmei is, [ezt] mondja az Úr!

15. And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, saith the LORD.

15. [15] A ich kráľ pojde do zajatia, on i jeho kniežatá spolu, hovorí Hospodin.
