Obadiah - 1

1. The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle.

1. [1] Abdiás látása. Így szól az Úr Isten Edomról: Hírt hallottunk az Úrtól! És hírnök küldetett a népekhez: keljetek fel és támadjunk reá haddal!

1. [1] Die gesig van Obadja. So sê die Here HERE aangaande Edom: Ons het 'n tyding van die HERE gehoor, en 'n boodskapper is uitgestuur onder die nasies om te sê: Staan op, en laat ons klaarmaak om teen hom te veg!

1. [1] Videnie Obadiášovo: Takto hovorí Pán Hospodin o Edomovi: Počuli sme povesť od Hospodina, a posol je poslaný medzi národy, ktorý hovorí: Vstaňte, a nože vstaňme proti nemu do boja!

1. [1] Prophétie d'Abdias. Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel, sur Edom: -Nous avons appris une nouvelle de la part de l'Eternel, Et un messager a été envoyé parmi les nations: Levez-vous, marchons contre Edom pour lui faire la guerre! -

2. Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.

2. [2] Ímé, kicsinynyé tettelek a népek között; felettébb útálatos vagy.

2. [2] Kyk, Ek het jou klein gemaak onder die nasies, jy is baie verag.

2. [2] Hľa, učinil som ťa malým medzi národami; opovržený si veľmi.

2. [2] Voici, je te rendrai petit parmi les nations, Tu seras l'objet du plus grand mépris.

3. The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?

3. [3] Szíved kevélysége csalt meg téged, ki szikla-hasadékokban lakozol, kinek lakóhelye magasan van, a ki mondja az ő szívében: Ki vonhatna le engem a síkra?!

3. [3] Die vermetelheid van jou hart het jou bedrieg, o jy wat woon in die rotsklowe, op hoë plekke bly, en in jou hart sê: Wie sal my op die aarde neerwerp?

3. [3] Pýcha tvojho srdca ťa oklamala, oj, ty, ktorý bývaš v skalných rozsadlinách, vo svojom vysokom bydlisku, ktorý hovoríš vo svojom srdci: Kto ma strhne na zem?!

3. [3] L'orgueil de ton coeur t'a égaré, Toi qui habites le creux des rochers, Qui t'assieds sur les hauteurs, Et qui dis en toi-même: Qui me précipitera jusqu'à terre?

4. Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

4. [4] Ha oly magasra szállnál is, mint a sas, és ha a csillagok közé raknád is fészkedet: onnan is levonnálak, ezt mondja az Úr.

4. [4] Quand tu placerais ton nid aussi haut que celui de l'aigle, Quand tu le placerais parmi les étoiles, Je t'en précipiterai, dit l'Eternel.

5. If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grapegatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?

5. [5] Ha tolvajok törnének reád, avagy éjjeli rablók, (hogy elpusztíttattál!), nem [annyit] lopnának-é, [a mennyi] elegendő?! Ha szőlőszedők jönnének reád, nem hagynának-é gerezdeket?!

5. [5] As daar diewe, as daar nagrowers na jou gekom het -- hoe is jy vernietig! -- sou hulle nie net soveel gesteel het as wat vir hulle genoeg was nie? As daar druiwesnyers na jou gekom het, sou hulle nie die na-oes laat oorbly het nie?

5. [5] Keby prišli zlodeji na teba, keby lupiči vnoci - Oj, aký si zničený! -, či nenakradnú iba toľko, čo im je dosť? Keby prišli poberači hrozien na teba, či by nezanechali paberkov?

5. [5] Si des voleurs, des pillards, viennent de nuit chez toi, Comme te voilà dévasté! Mais enlèvent-ils plus qu'ils ne peuvent? Si des vendangeurs viennent chez toi, Ne laissent-ils rien à grappiller?...

6. How are the things of Esau searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!

6. [6] Mennyire kifosztogatták Ézsaut; felkutatták rejtett kincseit!

6. [6] Hoe is Esau deursoek! Is sy verborge skatte deursnuffel!

6. [6] Oj, aké sú prekutané veci Ezavove, prehľadané jeho poklady!

6. [6] Ah! comme Esaü est fouillé! Comme ses trésors sont découverts!

7. All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed against thee; that they eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.

7. [7] A határig űznek ki összes frigytársaid; megcsalnak, levernek szövetségeseid; kenyeredet tőrül vetik alád. Nincsen benne okosság!

7. [7] Až k pomedziu ťa vyprevadia všetci tí mužovia, s ktorými máš smluvu; povedú ťa, zmocnia sa ťa mužovia, s ktorými máš pokoj! Tí, ktorí jedia tvoj chlieb, nastavia ti pascu! Nebude proti tomu rozumu.

7. [7] Tous tes alliés t'ont chassé jusqu'à la frontière, Tes amis t'ont joué, t'ont dominé, Ceux qui mangeaient ton pain t'ont dressé des pièges, Et tu n'as pas su t'en apercevoir!

8. Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?

8. [8] Azon a napon, ezt mondja az Úr, nem vesztem-é ki a bölcseket Edomból, és az értelmet az Ézsau hegyéről?!

8. [8] Sal Ek nie in die dag, spreek die HERE, die wyse manne uit Edom verdelg nie en die verstand uit die gebergte van Esau?

8. [8] Či nebude toho dňa tak, hovorí Hospodin, že vyhubím múdrych z Edoma a rozumnosť s vrchu Ezavovho?

8. [8] N'est-ce pas en ce jour, dit l'Eternel, Que je ferai disparaître d'Edom les sages, Et de la montagne d'Esaü l'intelligence?

9. And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.

9. [9] És megrémülnek a te vitézeid, oh Témán! hogy kiirtassék mindenki az Ézsau hegyéről az öldöklés által.

9. [9] En jou helde sal verskrik wees, o Teman, sodat elkeen deur moord uit die gebergte van Esau uitgeroei sal word.

9. [9] A tvoji udatní sa budú desiť, Témane, aby bol vyťatý človek s vrchu Ezavovho pre vraždu.

9. [9] Tes guerriers, ô Théman, seront dans l'épouvante, Car tous ceux de la montagne d'Esaü périront dans le carnage.

10. For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.

10. [10] A Jákób öcséd ellen [elkövetett] erőszakért szégyen borul reád, és kivágatol mindörökre!

10. [10] Weens die geweld teen jou broer Jakob gepleeg, sal skande jou bedek, en jy sal uitgeroei word vir ewig.

10. [10] Pre ukrutnosť, ktorú si páchal na svojom bratovi Jakobovi, pokryje ťa hanba, a budeš vyťatý na večnosť.

10. [10] A cause de ta violence contre ton frère Jacob, Tu seras couvert de honte, Et tu seras exterminé pour toujours.

11. In the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive his forces, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou wast as one of them.

11. [11] A mikor vele szembeálltál; a mikor serege idegenek rabjává lett, és idegenek törtek be kapuján és Jeruzsálemre sorsot vetettek: olyan voltál te is, mint bármelyik közülök.

11. [11] Le jour où tu te tenais en face de lui, Le jour où des étrangers emmenaient captive son armée, Où des étrangers entraient dans ses portes, Et jetaient le sort sur Jérusalem, Toi aussi tu étais comme l'un d'eux.

12. But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.

12. [12] De ne gyönyörködjél öcsédnek napján, az ő szerencsétlenségének napján; és ne örvendj a Júda fiain az ő veszedelmök napján, és ne kérkedjél a szorongattatás napján.

12. [12] En tog moes jy nie met genot die dag van jou broer aanskou het nie, die dag van sy onheil, en jou nie verheug het oor die kinders van Juda op die dag van hulle ondergang nie en nie gespog het op die dag van benoudheid nie!

12. [12] A preto sa nedívaj na deň svojho brata, na deň jeho nešťastia ani sa neraduj nad synmi Júdovými v deň ich zahynutia ani neroztváraj naširoko svojich úst v deň úzkosti.

12. [12] Ne repais pas ta vue du jour de ton frère, du jour de son malheur, Ne te réjouis pas sur les enfants de Juda au jour de leur ruine, Et n'ouvre pas une grande bouche au jour de la détresse!

13. Thou shouldest not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity;

13. [13] Ne törj be népem kapuján nyomorúságuk napján; ne gyönyörködjél te is a baján nyomorúsága napján; és ne nyúlj az ő jószágához nyomorúsága napján;

13. [13] Tog moes jy nie in die poort van my volk gekom het op die dag van hulle nood nie, moes jy ook nie met genot aanskou het sy onheil op die dag van sy nood nie en nie die hand uitgesteek het na sy rykdom op die dag van sy nood nie!

13. [13] Nevojdi do brány môjho ľudu v deň ich zkazy; nedívaj sa i ty na jeho zlé v deň jeho zkazy; ani nevystri svojej ruky na jeho imanie v deň jeho zkazy.

13. [13] N'entre pas dans les portes de mon peuple au jour de sa ruine, Ne repais pas ta vue de son malheur au jour de sa ruine, Et ne porte pas la main sur ses richesses au jour de sa ruine!

14. Neither shouldest thou have stood in the crossway, to cut off those of his that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up those of his that did remain in the day of distress.

14. [14] A résre se állj fel menekülőit elveszíteni; és ne áruld el az ő megmaradottait a szorongattatás napján!

14. [14] Ne te tiens pas au carrefour pour exterminer ses fuyards, Et ne livre pas ses réchappés au jour de la détresse!

15. For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.

15. [15] Mert közel van az Úrnak napja minden népek ellen. A mint cselekedtél, úgy cselekesznek veled; a mit te fizettél, visszaszáll fejedre.

15. [15] Want die dag van die HERE is naby oor al die nasies; soos jy gedoen het, sal aan jou gedoen word, jou daad sal op jou hoof neerkom.

15. [15] Lebo je blízko deň Hospodinov, ktorý prijde na všetky tie národy. Jako si robil, tak sa urobí aj tebe; tvoja odplata sa navráti na tvoju hlavu.

15. [15] Car le jour de l'Eternel est proche, pour toutes les nations; Il te sera fait comme tu as fait, Tes oeuvres retomberont sur ta tête.

16. For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.

16. [16] Mert a mint ti ittatok szent hegyemen, úgy isznak szüntelen az összes népek; bizony isznak és hörpengetnek, és olyanok lesznek, mintha nem lettek volna.

16. [16] Want net soos julle gedrink het op my heilige berg, sal al die nasies gedurigdeur drink, ja, hulle sal drink en swelg en word asof hulle nooit bestaan het nie.

16. [16] Lebo jako ste pili na vrchu mojej svätosti, tak budú piť všetky tie národy ustavične, a tedy budú piť a budú hltať a budú, jako keby ich nebolo bývalo.

16. [16] Car, comme vous avez bu sur ma montagne sainte, Ainsi toutes les nations boiront sans cesse; Elles boiront, elles avaleront, Et elles seront comme si elles n'avaient jamais été.

17. But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

18. And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.

19. And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.

19. [19] A déliek örökség szerint bírják az Ézsau hegyét, a síkon lakók pedig a Filiszteusokat. És örökség szerint bírják az Efraim mezőit és Samaria mezőit; Benjámin pedig a Gileádot.

19. [19] Dan sal die van die Suidland die gebergte van Esau, en die van die Laeveld die land van die Filistyne in besit neem; en hulle sal die veld van Efraim en die veld van Samar¡a, en Benjamin G¡lead in besit neem.

19. [19] Tí na juhu budú dedične vládnuť vrchom Ezavovým a tí na rovine Filištínmi a budú dedične vládnuť poľom Efraimovým a poľom Samárie a Benjamin Gileádom.

19. [19] Ceux du midi posséderont la montagne d'Esaü, Et ceux de la plaine le pays des Philistins; Ils posséderont le territoire d'Ephraïm et celui de Samarie; Et Benjamin possédera Galaad.

20. And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.

20. [20] Izráel fiainak ez a száműzött serege azokat, a melyek a Kananeusoké, mind Sarfátig; a jeruzsálemi száműzöttek pedig, a kik Szefarádban vannak, elfoglalják majd a déli városokat.

21. And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD's.

21. [21] Des libérateurs monteront sur la montagne de Sion, Pour juger la montagne d'Esaü; Et à l'Eternel appartiendra le règne.
